I am absolutely AMAZED at the detail and quality of the home inspection North 49 provided me this week. They had photos to go along with every notation and went above and beyond to grant me a full picture of the home I am investing in. I will highly recommend this team of diligent, and thorough, inspectors to anyone who is looking to purchase a home, whether they are seasoned investors or new to the buyers market. Get This Done. It is worth it!! (also adding, North 49 were punctual, they took the exact amount of time needed for a complete inspection and had my report the same day to read in multiple formats helping me best narrow down the greatest concerns. Again - just AMAZING)

Brent was meticulous, pleasant, and let me know the main issues. It saved me thousands of dollars that at my age I didn't want to risk. Thank you so much.I will recommend you to anyone that might be buying a home

This is the best place to inspect your home before you buy it . They are giving their time to inspect everything in the house to make sure it's covered in the inspection report, highly recommend

I have nothing but good things to say about North 49 Home Inspections. As a first time home buyer, North 49 inspectors Megan & Brent made the inspection process as seamless as possible. They were extremely thorough & communicative throughout their inspection & walked us through everything at the end. In addition, the report we received was fantastic - included great pictures of any deficiencies found as well as thorough explanations, all at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for their next home inspectors.

We are so happy to have had North 49 as our home inspectors. Excellent experience all the way through. In all our correspondence with Brent he was very prompt to respond, informative and wonderful to talk to. David and Jordan conducted our inspection, both were extremely thorough and very kind. The whole team made us as first time home buyers feel that we were cared for, and in the best hands. Thank you, North 49 Home Inspections!!

Brent and David did a thorough job inspecting our new home and went through their detailed report with us so we feel fully prepared for our upcoming "walk through" with the builder. We feel so much better knowing that experts have checked everything out including the roof and the attic spaces which would have been impossible for us. We appreciate their attention to detail and are great guys to work with. Thanks again!
