Jeff and David prepared a very detailed report of our house. We were doing a 1 year inspection before our warranty ran out. They found things that were more than just cosmetic cracks and loose trim. They were both very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Both wore their best smiles on the job and answered my questions eagerly.

They showed up before time and provided us with the report a couple of hours after leaving. The report is 74 page long with photos of all the defects and recommendations.

They came recommended by a friend, my whole communication till the date of the inspection was electronic. It was a pleasure working with the whole team. I got a follow up email asking if I had any questions. It was more than a transaction to them.
