At North 49 Home Inspections we do our best to ensure that you have no unexpected surprises with your home and, just as equally, there should be no surprises with your home inspection price. Here is a standard list of our prices.

Single Family Home

$585.00

Based on homes less than 2200 sq ft., unfinished basement.

A custom quote will be provided for homes larger than that

Add-ons:
- Finished (or partially finished) basement add $27 and up (depending on the size of the basement)
- Garage (attached or detached) add $27 and up
- Legal or in-law suite - add $75/ suite
- Age of home (+ varies depending on the age)
- Sewer Scope add $250

Townhouse

$485.00 

Based on townhomes less than 1800 sq ft., unfinished basement.

A custom quote will be provided for a townhouse larger than that
Add-ons:
- Finished (or partially finished) basement add $27 and up (depending on the size of the basement)
- Garage (attached or detached) add $27 and up
- Legal or in-law suite - add $75/ suite
- Age of home (+ varies depending on the age)
- Sewer Scope add $250

Condo
(Apartment Style)

$385.00 

 Based on less than 1200 sq ft. apartment style condo.

A custom quote will be provided for apartments larger than that
